It’s fabulous for women’s cricket knowing just how good the standard will get - this team are awesome. Well worth watching the wickets - class bowling (along with very soft wickets by Dunkley and Ecclestone). It can only be good for the game and standards of play will improve. Some of the Australian fielding has been outstanding. Great to see Ryana Macdonald-Gay being included - as a 20 year old she’s one to watch. After seeing how effective the spinners were against us for Aus, it’ll be interesting to see if Ecclestone can make the most of the wicket. England are poor at playing spin though….
