He played only a handful of games in the last few seasons but didn't make the side on a regular basis - Topley was considered the better left-arm prospect at Chelmsford. Mills is raw, but if he comes good then he could be spectacular. Hove might be a good ground for him.

Presumably if Ali is replacing Tredwell and Tredwell is ahead of Rashid therefore he'll be allowed to come back and play for Yorkshire instead of being messed about. Ditto Plunkett and Lyth.
