Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Again, to be clear, if I were ever in that situation, I would definitely take the knee. I suppose what I was trying to say was that if it is a directive, then it no longer has the power of individual players making their stand against racism, instead it's the group doing what they've been told by the authorities.
In matches over the last year I've seen a mix of standing, kneeling, clenched fist - in all cases I saw it as players taking a personal stand as they saw fit.

They do say in the link I just posted, TR, their reasons for changing to one method. I just can't think what is personal reason would be and why he wouldn't out it on such an important and - given the history - incendiary subject.

Right until now they've been happy for players to demonstrate their support by standing, kneeling of clenched fist, and players have made their choice. I think getting tied up in what symbol to use detracts from the more important point of how do we live our lives in a way that combats racism.

Unless he outright says what his “personal reasons” are I’m afraid it does rather come across as racist.

Even if you don’t specifically agree with it, sometimes you have to take action that benefits the team as a whole.

Braithwaite was saying earlier that the PSL has the teams with the best bowling attacks of any T20 league

Express pace (left and right arm), spin (also left and right) then the quicks back at the end for yorkers and slower balls.

Rauf (?) bowled an over alternating near 150kph yorkers and 130kph slower balls, all on the money.

That's where Mills comes in, I am beginning to think Eng have a better chance than I first thought, but right now Pakistan look very good.
