Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not a big swing at all. They were nailed on with a lead of 244; this will be an ugly, embarrassment of a chase...

Impressed with Pakistan. Skilful, balanced side and playing smart cricket - grinding where necessary, but little counter attacks when they can.

Yesterday evening was their only real blemish so far and it won’t cost them the win. From 1-0 down against this side we’ll do very well to keep the series alive and competitive next week.

it'll be interesting what England do when they lose...normally you would say drop Bess, add a batsman etc, but a spinner is needed, hardly anyone else is playing enough. I also think Woakes should open the bowling now, no time for sentiment, Anderson is getting very near the end, he's bowled well enough but he also looked knackered, especially if Stokes can bowl.

I had the displeasure of agreeing with Vaughan yesterday and Anderson is starting to look old. It happens quickly with the fielding...

Yep, Jimmy’s lost his nip and it’s time for the glue factory.

Anyone else get the feeling Jeffrey’s journey from once in a generation 90mph+ quick to archetypal English line and length low 80s seamer continues apace.

Assuming Stokes bowl yesterday means he should be fully fit next test, Jimmy and Jeffrey out, Balsa and Zak in.

They rattled off his stats...2018 to 2018 best ever, since quite a remarkable decline...happens to everyone. He will not give up....
