Mine's a Norco hybrid. 21 speed, trigger switch change mechanism. With an XL frame, because I have XL legs! Front and rear discs, front suspension, and I upgraded to a suspension post for the saddle! The potholes are bad...
I also retrofitted Schwalbe Marathon tyres, since I got fed up with punctures in the hedge cutting season! Bit like riding on hosepipe at times, but no punctures since!

Yep, Schwalbe marathons here too but in SE London it's more about coping with the glass splinters everywhere. One puncture on the way back from the supermarket and another on the way back from work (on a rainy evening when I was in a hurry because husband was due to go out for the evening) were enough.

I have a Brompton that is currently punctured, a Giant hybrid that I will use if I cycle all the way to work (Brompton is for cycle from the station) and a Giant roadie I never ride. One is an Alight and one is an Avail I can't remember which is which. Rack and panniers on the hybrid but no mudguards yet.

I didn't mention the Raleigh Genesis cheapo MTB that's sat in tbe back of my garage. Mostly rusted solid after about 13 years of neglect, except for when I've cannibalised cables in an emergency!
It's a project that i will start one day!

I have ridden Alpe D'Huez on a Brompton and raced at the Brompton World Champs :¬)
If I commute I use one of these:
CX bike - full blown race bike but I have some clincher wheels for training(No racks or mudguards on here)
MTB - full blown race bike but I have some clincher wheels for training(No racks or mudguards on here)
Road bike - full blown race bike but I have some clincher wheels for training(No racks or mudguards on here)

If we're doing the whole garage, I've got a Voodoo Bizango which is lovely; and insurance settlement where I definitely ended up with a better bike than the one stolen. In fact we all did (a recommendation for AA home insurance for stuff in a garage).
