Christmas Day thread

I'll pop up to see her tomorrow and probably Sunday, but she says she's quite happy and has bought all the food she fancies eating and will have what she wants when she wants it. (actually, after today I'm tempted to take some extra with me and go stay with her and leave the others to cope by themselves) Just have the goose to collect in the morning. Parsnips and sprouts need to be brought in from the garden. If anyone wants anything I haven't made they can bloody well make it themselves.

Still not feeling the love for Christmas this year - haven’t even bought OH a present which is a first. Maybe he’ll be happy with gravy.

In fact I haven't got a single present for or from anyone (I think Raffo has an 'amusing' book from his sis) but hold the violins! I'm really not bothered. Everything is fine, we might get that wild sea bass if there is any. I might buy some Cava or Prosecco or something. Or cider. Or pop!
