lol Rob - MT - saw him the other day during my lunchtime run (you can't really miss him these days given his "hair style")

none running types in work mistakenly thing I'm some sort of running lethario, they don't realise that I cushion myself by not doing very much at all and getting the odd t-shirt....this lie is perpetuated by me with a photo of meself at last years hell run on the wall of the office

despite all my running/racing, my family take one look at me and guffaw at the idea of being a 'running lothario' - oh well, i have my medals and t shirts (and mugs and occasional mealworm) to hug at night ;)

simple McNewbs - we run a 2:10 1st half mara, then Sioux runs me home ( time to be discussed) - i call that pacing !i must go & look up lothario , is it like a gigolo?
