none running types in work mistakenly thing I'm some sort of running lethario, they don't realise that I cushion myself by not doing very much at all and getting the odd t-shirt....this lie is perpetuated by me with a photo of meself at last years hell run on the wall of the office

despite all my running/racing, my family take one look at me and guffaw at the idea of being a 'running lothario' - oh well, i have my medals and t shirts (and mugs and occasional mealworm) to hug at night

simple McNewbs - we run a 2:10 1st half mara, then Sioux runs me home ( time to be discussed) - i call that pacing !i must go & look up lothario , is it like a gigolo?
