Cheating Marathon Man...?

Whilst her Twitter is "followers only" her brother (James Argent) tweeted to congratulate her on finishing the London Marathon. Anyone want to tell him? Nelly, did you find this through some "London Cheatwatch" or are you doing your own detective work?
