LOL NRGEE! :) Looks like getting down would have involved a jump onto the chair if you hadn't rescued her!

My Ellie's a big fan of the clothes drier too - ours has a flat top, she likes to settle down there. I can't see how it's remotely comfortable.

Happy cat Bint - our stray (I suppose he's not stray any more) is husband's study buddy, settles down on his desk when he's working.

My little munchkin was dancing and miaowing in front of the door when I returned home at 3 am last night after a week away. She is a bit podgy and obviously ate her way through my absence. My friend fed her a WHOLE packet of treats 😆

She has been purring loudly since my return and slept on the bed pressed against me, purring, all night. Now she is glued to my lap, purring.
I love this creature souch!

Indeed! Of happy, cackling chickens! Just went to check on them and they were pleased to see me too!

My chickens are dead cute! My sister has chickens too, but they are pretty boring and nervous wrecks... Mine are almost cat like 🤣

I’m very tempted by chickens. Maybe once I’ve retired.

Pepper went to the vet yesterday. Apart from fleas (mortified cat-mum here. First time ever. She was due her next flea treatment this weekend) she is physically okay. Still mad - wants to come in now but will just sit on our chest of drawers hiding behind a photo frame!

I think the fleas may have come from her being outside all of the time. Anyway she has been treated. I have done the house (good job she hasn't been in much in the past month!) and we will see how it goes.

She was miserable from being bitten? That would make sense
