Homeless Kodo
Ours are house cats. When they take us out for a walk in the garden, they have jackets and leads on. When we let them loose it’s in a cage in the garden so the wildlife that’s around is largely protected. I say the wildlife’s largely protected because even with these measures they’ve managed to take a couple of low flying birds out of the air when we haven’t been on the ball.
As JK said, apex killers.

Exciting news here. After losing Flash in March we've been debating whether to get another cat, we still have 2, an old boy, 15, and a crazy 5yr old girl. After some deliberation we all agreed we'd like another girl, and a young cat rather than a kitten. Somehow we have a pair of 3 month old boys reserved, just waiting on a call this morning to see when we can pick them up. Not quite sure how that happened!

Our current cat is not much cop and catching birds and small mammals but she does a great job on moths an other small insects. She also loves a feather or a long leaf.

Ellie ran in yesterday very excited, with something in her mouth.
It was a tissue she'd found outside...at some point she might turn her attention to small mammals but right now it's all insects and spiders (when it's not random detritus).
Early this morning I heard Caspar getting very excited playing with something (he's not remotely vocal, so when I hear squeaks from him I know something's up). It looked black and vaguely bird-sized...switched the light on to see it was a ball of black yarn which I'd given to them as a toy.

Before Henky learned to catch birds (then squirrels 😳), he took great delight in taking rubbish like crisp packets home. Then someone's dead goldfish he'd dug up from their garden. And a bit of pork crackling he stole from someone's kitchen.

My 2 are 100% hunter killers, mice , birds - kill
They have collars with bells, either other animals are stupid or mine are super stealthy.

The biggest thing Lasya came in with has been a pigeon. As big as her! She is tiny! Must have been ill, as she finds birds too much trouble usually!
