The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.

Cats are pure evil. Our oldest cat, Stella, some years ago caught a baby bunny and sat herself down outside my daughter's pet rabbit's hutch and proceeded to eat it, like some kind of sick mafioso warning "If you ever dare to come out of that hutch, this will be your fate..."
Peggý has accepted her new garb. She is a bit thick so maybe she thinks it is all the fashion. Katarína is still complaining but it is still on. I think Kata might be jealous because she likes Peggy's one better (hearts design) than her own (stars design). Maybe she thinks we love her less.
Today was made just that bit harder by the introduction of a blackbird. It survived but was shred and shat all over the lounge. Particularly impressive blood splatter on daughters new poster, luckily in a wipeable frame. Cat a bit put out, literally in this case, we shut the door and booted her outside. Bird made it out the front window, flying at speed lopsided. Full kudos to mrS for hearing a suspicious squawk and pegging it downstairs in time. It was hiding behind the wooden slats which is actually quite clever
