We are going away in just over a month but before we applied for them we decided a cattery would be an awful thing to do so soon into an adoption (not judging anyone, our decision for those cats who didn't like the adoption centre) so my sister in law is moving in for the week and will stay with them, working from home in our house. They see her regularly anyway as she is part of the bubble. We are leaving her in the house with just the kids and cats for the day on Saturday to ease them in. Will do the same a few more times first. If all goes well she will do the same for our August holiday. At least that way their territory, safe spaces and feeding routine will remain totally constant. Them's our cats now. They are staying.
