Kittens at the shelter update: Little titchies (with a feral mum) have got their eyes open now 😍
Hissing duo are getting used to being stroked with food in front of them, and although they don’t enjoy it they will eventually relax while big stoopid human is looking at them (stretch, yawn and wash). One of the rambunctious pair has been adopted, which is lovely but a bit sad for the one left behind. She likes to hang out with the titchies when not zooming about and feral mum even lets her sit up against her, so not so bad.

I hate seeing them split up. I’d adapt the lot if I could!

If a cat is ill do they generally seek refuge somewhere? Our old cat tends to hide in the cupboard. He’s drooling a bit but doesn’t seem overly stressed.
I’m thinking for a vet to investigate that he’s gonnae have to be sedated, at 19 this week, I’ve no desire to put him through that tbh.

yes cats hide being ill so literally hiding would happen I guess it's a throwback to being wild hugs
