it could be a bad case of reading too much too I guess!
I never thought he wasn't drinking enough before his "issue"
But now I read it could be caused by dehydration or indeed lack of activity! Or stress either from the household (things changing) or indeed picking up on the stress of owners
I guess it boils down to .... one of those things .... and just fingers crossed it is a one off

Lasya stopped eating in the weeks up to my hospitalisation. I could not eat and I think she picked up on my distress and illness. They are so sensitive!

Gizmo drinks a fair bit - he has one bowl of water by his food (not right next to it but not too far away either) and two upstairs and he does favour the upstairs ones but will use his paw to drag the other bowl toward him when he wants to use it.

Our two are rather partial to their outside bowl which we keep cleanish but they prefer it when it's been rained in a bit

Apparently Persian cats are susceptible to issues Doing ok but extra penicillin as he keeps licking himself which is delaying healing but all good Back Wednesday
