Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I never heard what happened about the people who cried off travelling last year and were told they'd have guaranteed places this year - wonder if that's skewed the numbers

Excellent - according to FB there are still entries, they suggest continuous refreshing

It did require multiple attempts and the sold message was nearly enough to stop me retrying

I don't really understand this - it's a nice enough half but no more special than dozens of others, most of which still have entries available a week before the event. Is it a peculiarly Cambridge thing? - similar happens with St Neots half and Ely NYE 10k, yet other local events don't fill up. There's no parking in town, the park and ride is usually shocking, yet there's this huge demand.
I don't get it

Flat and fast and I've always found the park and ride very stress free.

Just realised the entry didn't ask if you wanted park and ride I thought that it normally did

It may be that they'd sold out of P&R spaces - welcome to park at ours and walk down with me DM
