As ever, it is necessary to have all entries booked to the system by that date. This includes all contracts for which we are placed on risk during the quarter (ensure everything moved to bound status) and any necessary adjustments to existing contracts. Understand that lockdown may cause some additional problems/issues, so please do reach out if this is the case….the earlier the better!

The joining introductions include instructions not to connect using the VPN, or to use Internet Explorer. The chat box is full of people with connection problems. People help them, and then they say "stopped using VPN and all is OK" or "works ok with Chrome now". Words fail me.
