All
Facias on the floor in the gents toilets.
This is not acceptable, the cleaners should not have to clean this off the floors.

Dear all
An update on the building projects that Estate Management are carrying out in Old Schools.
The West Range roof works are still in a quiet time while inspections are carried out to determine what repairs are needed to the roof and the stonework.
Around ten tons of lead have been removed from the roof. None of this will be wasted and it will all be reused – and, depending on the timescales, we may actually get some of ours back when the new roof is installed. There are two photos attached to give you an idea of what the roof looks like under its temporary covering.
The work on the heating controls continues this weekend, working on the radiators in various locations on the first floor and – if time allows – the first floor mezzanine. This work is not at all disruptive but if you are planning to come in this weekend and have any concerns about access please let me know.
As always, if you have any queries about any of the works don’t hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards

[Could you post the pictures please Glenners? Errr, on second thoughts. Icenutter, I was really scratching my head at what facias could be! I was thinking car dashboards. On the floor. In the toilets? What?!]

'Do not disturb'
Participate in the trial
In order to support you with having time to concentrate whilst still being part of your team in an open plan environment, we are going to be trialling some “do not disturb” signs. The idea is very simple; if someone has a do not disturb flag on their monitor, give them the space they need and come back later when their sign is down, or send them an appointment request.
We have used a black sign with red text so that the sign does not get confused with the hot desk sign.

An old idea resurfacing? The “free time” and “occupied time” thing was very much to the fore in Time Management in the90s

Dear Parent and Carer,
Further to the previous email, we have been advised that the Longmeadow Sports Centre Car Park, as a private car-park cannot be insured to allow for parking on it for dropping off and picking up from Testbourne School. We are grateful, therefore, as noted in the previous email that parents and carers continue to be mindful of safety when collecting students, particularly if using Micheldever Road, please.
Kind regards,
TCS
