I do think some places are taking equality a bit far and making it all a bit contrived; it should be about general culture not one-off headline promotions. What's next beastiality and necrophilia week?

This is an opportunity to pick their brains on the role it has played in their career and how you can get involved. Oh and if you needed any further incentive, there will be a free lunch!
