Its not far away now is it? Gonna get out tomorrow for last long run. Found a good 12.5 miles down at the coast on Fetch by she runs for cake-looks good although I may get lost in Holywell Dene. Anyway, will give it a god and try the cafe for cake!

My mistake, received the e-mail saying the pack had been released into the postal system yesterday, that it should take 3-5 days to arrive, & if it hasn't shown up by 9 Sept to give them a bell.

I am glad to see battlecats comment saying dont believe its not a pb course, because i wouldnt mind getting one!!!
I am hoping to get around 2 05 but who knows as long as i beat my 2nd and last half marathon time of 2 12 (silverstone in march this year) i will be happy! since then i have joined running club and have been training well so i hope so! if not i will try again at the great east run 10th october!

I always disagree with those who say London isn't a PB Mara course well I've done it 3/3 so I think YES.

If you apply the right tactics and it is not like Devon then it's always possible. (Right tactics being don't severve in and out try and get close to the front as possible and stick to your pace, if you lose a few minutes in first few miles don't worry)
