I've just changed my 'home' parkrun from Cardiff (I never made it to one) to Ashton Court Cavalryman has invited me along this Saturday, although I have 15 miles to run... maybe I'll have to do it 5 times... |

Good luck to everyone for the first Bristol parkrun. Ashton COurt is a great setting for a run. I'm doing my usual parkung in Biringham this week, but I'll definitely be turning up whenever I'm down in Bristol. Hope it all goes well.

Thanks for the kind wishes sibentley. Just a reminder that the inaugural Ashton Court parkrun is tomorrow 23/4 at 0850 for 0900. Full details are on our website parkrun.org.uk . If you're not already registered with parkrun, please sign up via the website before 6pm this evening. We still need a couple more volunteers so if you, your family or friends are available for a spot of light marshalling, please fmail me or email via the website. We hope to see you tomorrow.
