got a fly down the windpipe running back from water station
had to decide whether to spit or swallow which is a choice a man should never have to make!!

well done all I had a terrible race - my slowest 10k ever, but still thoroughly enjoyed it It's a lovely race, well organised, great course, friendly - it wasn't my day today but I still had a bloomin lovely amble around pretty countryside in the sunshine - I'll settle for that

No flies for me, then again I was moving slow enough to side step them
Sorry I wasn't more socialable but I was concentrating on get as many miles in as possible before heading home to watch the big rugby league game.
