I've been wearing capris but am getting too warm in them. I'm really not at all happy in Lycra shorts and cannot find a pair of non- Lycra ones that aren't too short, generally indecent or just look plain awful. I've got a skort which I used to love, but now just feel too old for. Stick with the capris and melt or has anyone come up with anything better?

I wear them and I'm probably waaaay older than you I've also got some, errrr, well they're either long shorts or short capris from Thoosa. Just looked at the Thoosa site but there doesn't seem to be much on it atm. :-/ Also what GM said.

I think I'm a certain age now. My shorts are very old and long enough to be ok. I did look for new shorts last year and found them all to be a bit short for my corned beef thunder thighs

If I see someone running on a hot day in tights and a long sleeved top I'm more likely to think 'aren't they boiled?', than 'goodness look at their arms/legs/knees' etc if they're wearing shorts. And who says skorts have an age limit?
