Longest training run of the campaign done on Wednesday 21 miles Also had a look at the RSPB reserve near Boston for a visit on the Saturday before the race

riggsy99 Feb 2020 5:40pm, 23 Feb 2020 312 posts	0 riggsy99 First race of this campaign a 10k in Scunthorpe and turned into a good practice run for Boston as it was like a mini Boston in terms of roads fields elevation and the exposure to the wind Really pleased with a shiny new Pb and first sub 40 10k with a time of 39:22
