22 miles today. One more long run, then tapering. Getting nervous now! (I'm a scaredy-cat!)

I did my last 22 miler today as well, and my last 90 mile week. Next week, 80 miles, then 65, then 45. Getting nervous as well. This is my 5th Boston, and I still get nervous.

Was going to do my last long run today but running to work yesterday with my bag on my back I've pulled something in my neck. Feels like I've been hit on the base of my skull and its like the worse hangover ever. Coughing, walking or touching my neck gives shooting pain around my hips and lower back. Going to doctors tonight but worried about the race now.

I'm much better thanks Foxy. I got some muscle relaxants and pain killers and I can move now. My lower back feels heavy but jogging on the spot feels OK now so I'm going to try a light jog tomorrow. I'm classing it as an early extended taper, but I should be alright for the race.
