Just finished No Country for Old Men in a record (for me) 2 days. Really enjoyed that one but I expected to as I really, really liked The Road. I don't know about you but it kinda irks me when authors don't use speech marks. I have to keep re-reading sentences to work out what is speech and what is not.
Have now started The Watchmaker of Filigree Street. Enjoying it thus far.

Struggling to get into the Fiction groove at the moment (usually happens when work is a bit bonkers)
Currently have 3 books on the go; How to Coach (management type coaching as opposed to run coaching), Feet in the Clouds, and Lucia Berlin's A Manual for Cleaning Women (because I love a good short story)

Seratonin has reminded me to look for NCFOM at the library on my next visit
Finished We this morning, it was pretty good. The style reminded me of Brave New World. It's obviously a commentary on communism and I liked the idea it presented of a world where you could either be happy or free. If you like dystopian sci-fi I'd recommend it.

Re the unnoficial book group book review thread, do we need a separate for each book to avoid spoilers, or would a catch-all suffice?

I think a catch-all would be OK. SPOILERS AHOY ahead of anything major I think.
