I've started Butter, by Asako Yuzuki (translated by Polly Barton).
It's not really my sort of thing, so far, but I'm minded to persevere.

Interested to know what Westmoors choice is going to be.

Yeah me too. Sharkie and I were in Waterstones this morning. I bought 2 x Hare book (see Sharkie's blog) and a book on East Germany. All for other people. I nearly bought loads of things for me but resisted. And Sharkie gave me Julia.
