Hello N-o, I ended up with a Chinese crime author called Qui Xiaolong. I really hated the book!

Thank you seren I'll look into that I'll make a note of that in my new notebook

Notebook jotting down names of books note bought yet but for future possible purchases or borrow from library

Reading Northanger Abbey I was struggling apologies it's not really my genre but picked up an audio book and am reading alongside . Done 8 chapters since last night. Its helping and it is a lovely story.

Terrance Dicks has died. I have one of his books. May read that next.

He was 84 so a good innings.

I'm not struggling with Toni Morrison's Beloved, I'm just not that 'into' it :-( It's a shame, I was looking forward to reading it. It's not the book, it's me.
