I can nominate both the descent from whernside, most of the ascent of Ingleborough, sulber nick and a portaloo in the show field at Horton in ribblesdale.

We're up this week and son (you'll have to trust me about his level of competence aged 20!) was thinking Tea Room but is perhaps concerned it will cripple his marathon training (!) if he ran it this week after I foolishly drew his attention to it a couple of months ago after spotting it on here.

It's a very pleasant route that leaves you feeling you've had a good run out but doesn't take out a whole day and wreck you. georgefisher.co.uk
