Long winded and old fashioned but can you view each activity saved on the Garmin and record it manually?

Have you been through all of this? support.garmin.com

Yes, spent a while chatting on line to them and then eventually ended up calling them as the chat got disconnected unexpectedly. They are sending me a new Ant stick to try and have suggested I try finding a windows 7 computer to try it on eeek!

I'm old and old fashioned - still keep a paper diary as well as downloading my runs. You don't need to do them all at once - you could delete each one once you've written it down and free up enough memory to be going on with.

Sadly no, I think the actual data is lost which is a shame as scrolling through I found a 33 minute 1 mile swim in there which is very good for me so I would have liked to upload that somewhere, even if it was back in 2016 lol
