Welcome to Fetch Alice and well done for getting started. Slow is the best way to go at the beginning.

Welcome, Alice! Keep us posted on your progress. It won't always feel effortless, but it'll feel a good sort of effort

Hi, I have been doing the NHS couch to 5k podcasts which I have found really helpful. Just wondering where to go now I am reaching the end of the weeks! Still not fast or fit and still needing to lose several stone in weight......

Welcome to Fetch Maggie and well done on completing the couch to 5k. Have you set any goals? Or do you have any local runs or parkruns? They are good for keeping focus.
I myself am not fast and still need to shift more weight. You may want to see if there are any local groups too. There is a lot of support out there.
Good luck and keep up the good work xx

Welcome Maggie R. If you have a local Parkrun near you they are brill to do. If not try stretching the c25k by adding time on your feet (run / walking) or distance or a bit of both and build this up slowly like you have been doing. But big congratulations on getting up and out the door, keep it up you can do this well done.
