Well, more like stagger, sometimes. One of my main six mile runs is basically all up, then all down. It would take too long to walk the three miles so I have to run it!
But I expect I'll be walking the ups on the big one!

I just thought I'd start a Beach Head thread and lo - it has already been done. Hi all. I'm looking forward to this. Anyone going to be training for it?

Hi Nightjar, good to see you here.
training would be good. I'm sort of using the HHigdon novice mara schedule, except not doing the runs on the days it says, or the mileage it says either.
