Having not run for 4 months I'm up to 3 miles a day this week and will start extending and building some long runs in next week. Looking to enter next month of I'm training consistently. After last year it's my favourite marathon although Marathon Du Medoc isn't far behind. Hope to meet you at the start/after this year. Peace.

But I do need to start running again to get my butt around my deferred Brighton Marathon. Have fun 🤩
