morning everyone.
I'm feeling pretty good this morning! A few aches but best of all is the shin didn't take as big a hammering as I thought. Going to be taking it easy for a while though.

Morning all!! Had a better night's sleep last night, but still quite hurty today. Must do a race blog, but have so much to say I can't be bothered to start it!!!

Well done you all - it's a brilliant run isn't it. Did it last year and couldn't do this year (due to family committments/lack of training). Have lurked very happily on all the BH threads here and elsewhere.

hip hurts but nothing else does that i'm aware off, oddly its mainly the left hip that hurts too

there is lots and lots of the course that has you running on a downward slope down to your right - i wonder if that could be it - i definately felt that it was my left leg that was causing me more of a problem than the right too
