possibly although i generally run on the left side of any roads when out for a run back at home so the slope goes the other way then
i've been having hip pains over the last month but only on my marathons so its probably nothing to do with the slope and moe a oer use injury of some form

Run the HM but just take it easy and avoid the temptation to race.

E75 - I'd suggest a short "recovery" run to get the gunk out of the muscles. You're probably going to have to wait until the DOMS has subsided now though! Maybe friday eve - couple of miles.

Bearing in mind this race was 48hrs ago, you should be looking at a recovery run tomorrow at the latest.
