Wow! Can you post the recipe lf? I forgot to say: I made a Victoria sponge on Weds . It won't be a sandwich because it's too small. It's for OH'S birthday tomorrow. I shall smother it in cream. |

It was supposed to be lemon and raspberry - another Jane's patisserie one - but the bag of fruit in the freezer was mixed summer fruits. Lovely and sharp (especially considering the amount of butter and sugar in it!).
