MiL is 75 at the end of the month and at risk due to health conditions. I can imagine two ice hockey playing boys plus friends would do a fairly good job of ensuring you don't have an excess of baked good. I usually send mine into work with my husband.

No flour or baking powder with my Tesco order :-(

We've found flour doesn't come in our order but is in store the weeks we shop in person. It's not in usual packaging or pack sizes though. And no yeast in supermarket but loads at farm shop.

I'm not going in to shops lf and trying not to send OH in partly because of the increased risk but mostly because he is incredibly busy and stressed with work. We click and collect for ourselves, MiL and a vulnerable neighbour. I was hopeful as when we finalised the order yesterday evening both my gf flours and the baking powder were still showing as available.

The cupcakes have come out nicely! My piping skills need some practice, but doesn't matter with these with a biscuit on top 😊

You bake the biscuits, Dave and I'll do the cakes to stick them to!

Oh My Word. I'm not sure I could manage one even with a cup of coffee but I'd be prepared to try! Your piping skills are far better than mine - I've never dared try.
