My person never acknowledged their gift last year (2013) & I put so much effort into finding something I thought was suitable, as the majority of us do, but really its just good manners! I know there may be things which go on in peoples lives and that I can understand but it only takes a couple of minutes. steps off soap box

I've also had a victim in the past who went to ground for the duration of the "stalking" period, did at least pop on to the thread eventually with a lukewarm, "yeah, I got my present," and disappeared again, only to reappear to sign up again the following year. Lest anyone missed it, eL Bee!, VP and I were all delighted with our presents and impressed with the quality of the stalking

Sorry but to not ever respond is just plain rude whatever is going on in the persons life.
