Works best if the water is pre heated then it bubbles up to the top section quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised how well it filtered the grinds out. I doubt it would win any coffee world championship but it's a nice extra. Getting excited for the Niche though. Birthday is towards the end of the month so I've got a few weeks before I can use it.
