Yesterday was the last day to transfer my place in next week's 10 mile race and when I finished yesterday's race I was clear that I would not take up the place, my glutes were just too sore. Then last night, when I sat and thought about it, FOMO overtook me and I'll be on the starting line. Probably not a clever decision, but that's running for you!
