Morning Happy birthday for yesterday Neil, hope the was good. Sounds promising ITG. Sorry about that calf Idris, just give it time all you be back out there again. Murky weather yesterday morning meant socialising up the mountain as we waited for the cloud to lift, which didn't until we given up and come home. A few sunny days are promised now so time to make up a bit. |

Morning all. Mental day yesterday so just trying to catch up so apologies if I miss something. Happy belated birthday Neil. Enjoy your IKEA trip. Fingers crossed for ITG and gentle hugs for all the injured. Now you have stairs Linds, lots of opportunities for calf stretches. Managed my session outdoors last night but still coughing. Got my Group PT tonight so that and teaching group cycle at lunch time. Looking forward to a break at the weekend, although Iโll be doing my long run on Saturday and then helping at junior parkrun on Sunday. |

Morning. Woke up not in pain. Walking very gingerly around. Hopes being cautiously maintained at low level. Stick to the plan. May everyone's niggles bugger off and may the running, cycling, swimming, walking or just crawling to and from the coffee maker be fabulous today and all days. |

+1 to that ITG! Rest day here, though I have a very nice dog walk to look forward to - Flossie's first ever friend, made at puppy class, is back in the area today so we're meeting up for a walk. She and Lily only see each other about once a year and they are thrilled to meet up again, it's really lovely to see |

Ending up walking to the sports centre where son and his youngest were playing in the soft play area. Cue a couple of hours rushing around after an almost 3 year old. Walked back home and now feel very tired so curled up on sofa
