Got out for a very wet and dark 5 miles last night and a frosty 5 more this morning though. Achilles is slightly grumpy so I'm taking the hills easy, should be ok as long as I'm sensible. Want to hit 1000 again and 80 mile months this year, worked ok last year

Will have a proper training programme to actually do You can train for a HM in 5 weeks can't you? F'boro - DS1 and DD2 are doing it. This might be the year they finally beat me as they get faster and I get slower :- Plan is to do the Great Compass this year Gt North, Gt South, Gt Eastern & Gt West runs, but £50 for a 10 miler Great South??? You're having a larf! Have bitten the bullet on it though.
