Such a mild evening! Only downside is that Garmin 'cannot process this activity at present'. It was only 3 miles for heaven's sake Garmin!

Cat had her MOT (well, 6 monthly check up) and I had my MOT at the docs. All good. The doctor was confused at my resting heart rate being 40, took a while to convince her it was OK.
