I told him he’d have to run slowly with me so he’d need to wrap up warm, hoping he might bail and then I could too but he said he’s up for a run whatever weather or pace so I guess I’d better show up.

I'm going to have a little plod when I get home then eat all the leftover pizza from last night Traffic back from Wakefield was hideous - 57 minutes to get there, nearly 2 hours to get back. A run will help the brainz.

Poor guys, having to plod around with me, they were very gracious and stayed with me even when I said they could run on and stretch their legs so long as they came back at some point. Another local 5k in the bag.
