Well done on the parkruns 🎉

If only I had done more of them sooner (started November 2012 and took until 2020 to do 25 . Have done rather more since 2021 as I’m now up to 162 😊

Good time (for me) at Beachy. The last 10k was really tough though.

Lunch was very pleasant thanks to the other two women who joined us. I still have zero in common with the first acquaintance and won't feel obliged to go and meet her again though.
