Very nice indeed AR! The dog and I got drenched on our walk this morning 🤣

I'm assisting with the swimming class for the grandchildren this afternoon then we are back off to Cheltenham this evening. I've got a self-led gym session booked for 10 am tomorrow- looking forward to that.

@ITG 🇮🇸 , I see you've got your sensible hat on. I'm all for it.

35 minute run done. It's usually more than that on a Tuesday, and done with the running club's "gentle" group, but the Dear Leader can't lead tonight so I went on my own.

Tomorrow I hope to get a run in although we will be sailing. Just need to not do it by GPS as fetch training doesn't like it 🙈🙈

It doesn't give you an accurate GPS trace or mileage @Lip Gloss I found that out in 2023....

Yeah I had to do some trimming of runs last week.

Now that I know 5 times round the ship is a mile I will add it manually.

Blowing my own trumpet @Mandymoo I got a pb in the Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon on 15th September. Still unreasonably pleased with myself 😁
