Eastleigh parkrun done, 100th different venue done. A nice traily 3 looper. Would be horrible in the wet winter though.

My last run as a 48 year old. 😎

Really enjoyed my parkrun today. Not very fast but felt good all the way round. Made myself not start off too fast.

Now got 6kg of plums to deal with.

I did not run in a park today as we were coming back home from Northumberland instead.

We aren’t too far apart in age @Sombrero - I’ll be 49 in September 😊
