4 miles done this morning. A real dog's bumhole of a morning here, too. One of those runs that you wish could continue forever (if one didn't have a finite amount of energy and a job to go to). |

morning 700ers ![]() I am still making answering this assessment as difficult as possible. The course materials are generally quite out of date and rubbish, and i have no interest in regurgitating them. That is the trouble with being an independent reader and learner, and doing it for my own contextual understanding rather than a gold star. Still, its a no exam day today, and child is intending to sleep through it, so at least we all got a lie in. The cat found her own meat stick at 4am but other than that I slept, so at least i have the energy for a run if i can just get some of this done. Chips sound good. Well done coachie and Dio |

Blizzard worsening here. DS19 had to get the bus to KeflavÃk (5+ hours on a good. This is not a good day) and he will fly from there. Hopefully. He has lost a day of his very expensive graduation holiday but weather is weather. I hope they are getting looked after - fed and watered, etc. I don't trust the travel agency/charter airline, especially with a bunch of 19 year olds who don't know their rights. |

LazyDaisy The two coaches/Pts I have had were both recommendations and both exactly right for what I needed at that time. Good luck |

Morning all. Not keeping up. One more with day then going on an adventure. I can confirm Caz's pooch is gorgeous in real life. Fingers crossed for ds19 LD - I have gone for coaches who have shown a real understanding of my particular situation, and I felt comfortable with. I would suggest not signing up for a block (if that's on offer) until you've done a couple of sessions and you have a good understanding of how they work, and how comfortable you feel with them. All mine told me their rates prior to signing up - no hard selling. Many provide a free introductory session. |
