The college is very relaxed about extensions ITG, i prewarned them about the many reasons i might produce for non-delivery and they are very decent about it, but the rigour of having a stab at deadlines and applying some focus should see me start compromising my expectations sensibly. My wayward methods have got me reading some interesting and helpful research on the side, i read some real corkers yesterday

It sounds useful to get the tyre done Linds, good adulting, hope you can wiggle in something brief or some wall sits or something. Or that an extra day of rest makes the next run even better

LD, I think having a free tester is always good to see how you get on. I wouldn't go for a youngster who is too much up himself. My current one is still off recovering from a hip resurfacing but should be back soon now. (he's 47). I hope the PT you've found is a good one for you.

I'm supposed to be getting stuff out and packed but woke up with a massive headache this morning. Working tonight so need to have everything sorted before trying to sleep for a bit later on.
