My wayward methods have got me reading some interesting and helpful research on the side, i read some real corkers yesterday

LD, I think having a free tester is always good to see how you get on. I wouldn't go for a youngster who is too much up himself. My current one is still off recovering from a hip resurfacing but should be back soon now. (he's 47). I hope the PT you've found is a good one for you.
