The only new thing they've been subjected to is that I've introduced a one minute wall-sit to my morning routine. Perhaps once they're used to that the pain will subside, but I didn't expect a wall-sit to give my knees a problem

I'm going to give the wall-sit a miss today as I want to run with the Friday group and I won't be able to if my knees hurt like they did yesterday. Maybe I need to build up the time or the angle a bit - who'd have thought one minute at 90* would cause such a problem Anyway, enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend (if you have one? Not sure about Scotland) and may your knees and everything else stay grumble-free! Oh, nearly forgot - I think my TCS medal and T shirt was delivered just before 5pm yesterday. (A clubmate found his on his back doorstep when he got home from work.) I can see from our CCTV that a postman came to our front door holding a package. He didn't ring the bell so either put it through the letterbox or left it on the front step. If it's the latter, it'll be there til we go home next Wednesday! I've asked a neighbour to have a look. It would be the cherry on the top if it got pinched off thd doorstep having waited this long for it!!
