Oooh I had one of those @SarahWoo - all the cool kids have them. Hope you recover quickly. Well done @Sweetie on the PB . And happy birthday to @LipGloss I'm in the studio doing admin while one of my students is working quietly away on the next desk - I had an absolutely rubbish sleep. Phone call with my mum on a Sunday evening sometimes results in this. Feeling a bit meh. |

LG, if it's the same procedure I had previously then this may explain (copy and pasted): "Ablation is a procedure to treat atrial fibrillation. It uses small burns or freezes heart cells to cause some scarring on the inside of the heart. This helps break up or insulate the electrical signals that cause irregular heartbeats. This can help the heart maintain a normal heart rhythm." I actually had part of my heart frozen off as it was defective. It was done using an insertion in my groin, and it's basically science voodoo. |

Yes, that sums it up nicely. All done while you’re awake too! Feel fine now, just very tired.

Happy birthday, Lip Gloss . @NDWDave , next time I do the Groe parkrun (won't be for at least a couple of weeks, though) I shall look with interest at the results, to identify two people called Stuart in the 70+ age range. They'll probably be much faster than me, and will have finished and gone by the time I struggle through the funnel. 40 minutes run today in gathering dusk, with a lovely sunsetty sky. |

They’re normally about 30 minutes or so. My mum is particularly competitive (both speedy and likes to go as fast as she can)
